Richard joined the company in 2015, having worked for several other major firms in the sector and over the last five years has been responsible for driving significant growth for this division of the business. Richard’s team is headquartered out of London, with dedicated institutional staff members also based in Sydney, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai & Frankfurt. The client list that has been built under Richard’s tenure now spans the globe and includes other brokers, money managers, hedge funds as well as a number of banks. Richard is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.

Biyi has over 15 years of experience in financial markets and specialises in portfolio management, market risk management and operational risk management. His previous positions have included; Foreign Exchange Dealer Communications at Bank of China and Deputy Manager in the Investment Department at CIIC Investment Co. Olivia joined CMC Connect in April 2023 as a Business Development Manager. Her strong background in applied finance means she is well-equipped to help our clients navigate the complexities of the financial services industry. Olivia is dedicated to developing strong relationships with institutional partners and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. She is passionate about financial innovation and providing customised solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements. Peter joined CMC Connect in 2019 as a Business Development Manager in our Sydney office. He is currently responsible for driving institutional growth in Singapore and has over 20 years of experience in financial markets, working across an array of banks and financial advisory firms. David joined the company in 2008 as a Relationship Manager and also acted as Compliance Officer in our Madrid office. Prior to joining CMC, David worked in the banking industry within risk management and private banking. He took his current position in 2014 to develop the Institutional division of the business alongside Richard Elston. David is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalán.

Ross joined CMC Connect in early 2019 with over 15 year’s industry experience. Camilla provides support and assistance to our Institutional clientele. Camilla’s international background coupled with her experience in the financial space has allowed her to develop and foster partnerships across our global base. Camilla joined the CMC team in 2019 and has since become a port of call for new and existing clients, providing tailored solutions to everyday needs. Camilla is a fluent English, French, Italian and Portuguese speaker. Ahmed is currently responsible for maintaining and growing our business in the Middle East. Ahmed joined the company in early 2019, having previously worked for several brokers and a technology provider in the sector. He is fluent in English and Arabic. Abdulkader joined CMC Connect in 2021 as an Associate Relationship Manager in our London office. After relocating to Dubai, Abdulkader has expanded his responsibilities to include business development, supporting institutional growth in the Middle East. His previous experience at other brokerages and his extensive knowledge of the MENA markets means he is well versed in offering solutions to clients and prospects in the region and offshore. Cathy Yuan is an Institutional services relationship manager at CMC Markets. She joined the company in 2022, and qualified with RG146. She supports sales and regional heads in APAC and is the point of contact and subject matter expert for partners and partners' clients. Cathy helps provide solutions and services for all aspects of CMCs institutional business in particular our API clients. She is fluent in Chinese and English.

Joined in CMC Markets in 2017 as a relationship manager, responsible for developing our institutional business and supporting HNW clients in greater China. He previously worked for other major brokers with the position of market strategist and account manager since 2015. His background in financial and professional services have meant he has been instrumental in growing our institutional partnerships in the APAC market. Prior to joining CMC Connect in 2006, James worked in Share Registration and has over 15 years of experience in the institutional space. James’ team is headquartered in London and is responsible for Client Services & Relationship Management across the Institutional business.

Hao joined CMC Markets as an institutional relationship manager in April 2022, responsible for providing support and assistance to our institutional partners. She has previously worked for other brokers as a business development manager facing retail and HNW individuals since 2015. Hao is qualified for CISI IOC, meaning that she has enhanced knowledge and skills in the administration and operations areas of the financial services sector. Ben joined the broker services team at CMC Markets in 2014 before moving into a Relationship Management role. Over the last 9 years, Ben has developed customer service experience working on both the trading desk and in the Institutional division of the business. He is responsible for maintaining relationships and providing ongoing support to our institutional partners. Mitchell joined CMC Connect in 2022 as an Associate Relationship Manager. Prior to joining the CRM team, Mitchell gained experience working in the Operations department at both CMC Markets and another fintech firm as a Trading Operations Analyst. He specialises in configuring new products, managing flow with the trading desk and has experience working with various FIX trading and aggregation engines such as; Prime XM, OneZero and MT4.
