Exxon Mobil Corp

ExxonMobil is an American oil and gas corporation and one of largest publicly traded companies within the industry. Based in Texas, ExxonMobil was established through a merger of Exxon and Mobil in 1999 and is recognised as one of the most prominent ‘big oil’ companies, or oil supermajors worldwide. ExxonMobil is involved in the production, sale and transportation of crude oil and natural gas, with several projects located around the world. The company also manufactures chemicals, producing products such as synthetic rubbers, industrial alcohols and solvents. ExxonMobil stock is listed on the NYSE and a constituent of the S&P 500 index.
