How do I fund my account?
How to fund your account - CAD
To complete your bank account registration, please ensure sufficient funds are available in the account you wish to link. You can verify this by making a small deposit via online bill pay.
Once you've confirmed the funds are available, kindly provide one of the following documents for verification purposes:
Bank statement
Void check
Direct deposit form
The document you submit should clearly display your bank account number, transit number, and full name.
You can fund your account through the following options. Please ensure that any payment you make to fund your account is from an account in your name. Any payments made into a personal trading account must also be from a personal bank account. Likewise, any payments made into a corporate trading account must only come from a corporate bank account. Any payment from third party sources will be returned.

Note:
- Charges will be deducted from the payment amount and net proceeds credited to your trading account.
- If funding received does not match the currency of the account, a delay in processing will occur.
- Any payments made before 11am EST will be received within 1 business day.
How to fund your account - USD
You can fund your account through the following options. Please ensure that any payment you make to fund your account is from an account in your name. Any payment from third party sources will be returned.

Note:
Do I need to deposit any funds to activate my account?
You can sign in to your account as soon as your application has been successful and you have clicked on the verification link sent to your registered email address. However, you won’t be able to place a trade unless there are sufficient funds in your account to open a position. If you prefer to test strategies in a risk-free environment, our free demo account will allow you to practise trading with virtual funds.
How do I fund my account via card?
To fund your account, you can use a credit card from your bank account via the ‘Funding’ tab.
To fund your account, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account here
Navigate to Account tab
Select Funding tab
Choose Add Funds > Card
Enter the desired amount and your card details.
Are credit card deposits instant?
Deposits are typically processed in real time but is subject to internal checks which may delay processing.
